Mgr. Helena Pipova, Ph.D.

I am a psychologist, a psychotherapist in training, and a certified soft skills trainer. In therapy and counseling, I focus on behavioral addictions, disordered eating patterns, eating disorders, and women´s health.

I will create an empathetic space for you where you can share everything important to you and help you understand your thoughts and feelings.

I see psychotherapy as a path to exploring ingrained behaviour patterns and deepening our relationship with ourselves and the people around us. My mission is to support clients in getting to know themselves better, understanding the opportunities life offers them, and discovering what they wish from life. Therapy is a process in which we seek answers to these questions within ourselves while also strengthening our ability to perceive ourselves and others. I believe that successful therapy can lead to a more joyful and fulfilled life, even during times when we face complex life situations.

As a psychologist engaged not only in therapeutic but also in educational activities, I also offer services in the field of lecturing. My expertise and practice in psychology enable me to share knowledge and skills with a wide range of audiences, from students and professionals to the general public. For me, lecturing is another way to support the development and improve the quality of life of individuals and teams.

RELAXATION TECHNIQUES

In today´s fast-paced world, stress has negative impacts on our health. Therefore I offer effective solutions in the form of relaxation techniques. I conduct these methods in both individual and group sessions. These sessions not only help to relieve everyday stress and recharge energy but also strengthen your ability to manage stress and emotional fluctuations in the future. These techniques are suitable for anyone looking to manage stress more effectively and enhance their mental health.

Among the techniques I work with are autogenic training, progressive relaxation, art therapy, and mindfulness. These are key methods that I integrate into my sessions.

Every person is unique, just like their fingerprint. That´s why I approach my clients in a personalized, sensitive, and understanding manner. The goal of the initial meeting is to establish the first contact and get to know each other. This meeting aims to understand the expectations and reasons why you are seeking psychotherapy. Based on this exchange of information, we will then determine the further course of the therapy. Meetings, whether in person or online, are typically scheduled once a week or every two weeks.
